What is your shipping policy?
I ship using the United States Postal Service via Priority Mail. This is a 2-3 day shipping service
.

Do you gift wrap?
No matter the season, your purchase will be packaged in my signature black and grey pinstriped gift box, and
tied with grey ribbons.  Earrings are placed in silver gift bags and tied with a black ribbon. Special white
wrapping paper, and red ribbon with a artisian heart giftcard is available for an additional $2.00

How do I pay for my jewelry purchase?
Paypal.com for purchases is free and secure. Payment can be made using  a bank account,
checking account, or credit card. N2R2 Designs Jewelry is a Verified Paypal Merchant. If you do not desire
to make payment using Paypal.com, orders can be placed over the phone. Visa,
Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are accepted.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I do ship internationally.

Do you take Custom Orders?
I am delighted to take Custom Orders when requested.  If you are interested in placing a custom order, please
send an email designs@n2r2designs.com and we will start the process of creating your special piece of
jewelry.  50% deposit on Custom Orders is required prior to my starting to create your custom piece(s). I
will provide an estimate of the price for your custom piece after consulting with you.

If you are interested in any of the pieces that are available on my website, but would prefer the piece to be a
different length, please do not place an order through the website, but, contact me via email so we may
discuss your custom piece(s).  I will need to obtain various information from you before you can proceed
with your order.  Custom work will take, on average, an additional 3-5 days before the item(s) can be
shipped.

Are Custom Orders Returnable?
No.  Custom Orders are not returnable. The exception is items that had the length altered.

What is your Return Policy?
Returns and/or exchanges can be made within 14 days of the order.  Please contact me as soon as possible
after receiving your order to obtain a Return Item Number ("RIN").  Returns will NOT be accepted without
an RIN.  Shipping the returned item to me will be your responsibility.  For your safety, I recommend that
any return made to me be fully insured and via a carrier that provides tracking information.  In the event that
a returned package is lost or damaged during the shipment back to me, I will not be able to refund you.  You
will need to contact the shipping courier that you selected and file an insurance claim.  All refunds will be
made to the original purchaser. Some return exceptions to this policy may apply and is at my discretion.

send you coupon codes for unannounced and special sales SOLELY for my mailing list members. And NEW!
 Starting in January I will begin quarterly drawings for free jewelry solely for my newsletter subscribers.

How do I care for my new jewelry investment?
Sterling silver does tarnish due to oxidation, which is a naturally occurring process.  To help protect your
jewelry, please store your jewelry in an airtight plastic bag to prolong the oxidation process.  Wearing your
jewelry frequently can also prolong the tarnishing process.  Everyone is unique and some people's bodies
DO cause silver to tarnish quicker than others.  Please avoid showering, or getting hair spray or other
chemicals on the jewelry as this can damage certain gemstones.  It is preferable to apply makeup, lotion, hair
products, etc., before putting on your jewelry.  Luster can be brought back to your jewelry by polishing
gently with a special jewelry cleaning cloth. Do do not use silver cleaner as this can accelerate the tarnishing
process and damage gemstones.
